Itinerary:
- Pickup from your hotel around 09.30am from hotels in Nevşehir and across Cappadocia, including Göreme, Ürgüp, Avanos, Uçhisar and Ortahisar.
- The first stop is at Uçhisar Castle, the highest rock formation in the Cappadocia. The guide will explain just how this amazing landscape came into existence.
- At Zelve Open Air museum the guide will explain the importance of Christianity and monastic life in Cappadocia before leaving you free to explore the 10th and 11th century cave churches and monasteries with beautifully painted frescoes depicting famous biblical scenes
- See the old Greek houses in Çavuşin village, abandoned during the Greek/Turkish population exchange in 1924.
- Enjoy a lunch in Avanos, offering a wide range of Cappadocia food including mezes, salads, meat and vegetarian dishes and desserts.
- Still in Avanos, visit an authentic family-run pottery workshop located in an underground cave. Clay from the Kızılırmak (Red) River was first used in pottery production by the Hitites prior to 1700BC and continues as an art form today. Watch a master demonstrate how to make a pot, and watch the the painters and glazers apply their delicate patterns. Have a go at the potter’s wheel yourself and make your own unique pot if you wish.
- In Paşabağı (also known as Monks Valley because of the Chapel of Saint Simeon found there) wander through the unusual clusters of multi-headed mushroom-shaped “fairy chimneys” (rock formations).
- Devrent Valley (“Imagination Valley”) – a stunning valley where you can spot natural rock formations in many recognisable shapes in cappadocia, including the famous camel-shaped rock. Use your imagination and see what other shapes you can find.
- We go for ATV around 15:00 o'clock
After the tour, we will go Göreme-Cavusin Area and enjoy ATV Quad Bike Ride in the famous valleys of Cappadocia. You can ride personally or 2 people in one ATV. After the tour, you will be transferred to the hotel

I had the most magical experience during my 1-day trip! Words can't even capture the beauty of Cappadocia, really...The landscapes were straight out of a fairy tale and I felt like I was on another planet. The guides were so knowledgeable and passionate and you could see they really love sharing the history and myths of the region. We visited ancient rock formations and even got to enjoy a local meal in a village! I can't believe how much we covered in one day. If you ever get the chance, it's a must-see and experience. Feeling grateful and still in awe!
What a mind-blowin day!! It was such a unique experience seeing all those fairy chimneys up close. The guides were super informative and they answered all the weird questions we thrown at them. It's something I wouldn't wanna forget.. floating in a hot air balloon in those early morning hours was a massive dream coming true. Despite the slightly hurried pace through some of the spots, every stop was jawdropping. Food during lunch was delectable and we're longing for those delicacies. Noting beats actually experiencing all these majestic landspsaces! Every minute there was wowworthy.. Heartfilled, mindopen.
WOW!! what a incredible adventure this was! Cappadocia took my breath away, just magical... From the balloon ride at sunrise (just unbelievable!), the landscape feels like something out of a dream. The guide was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. Even my kids enjoyed, didn't expect them to be fascinated by caves! One of the meals wasn't my fave though. But that's such a small thing honestly compared to everything else I expirienced. Truly feels like you're in a storybook, feeling like I'll never forget this adventure for the rest of my life. So, SO worth it! I'd recommend this 100 times over!
Honestly, this experience was beyond my imagination. I thought just a day wouldn't be enought, but WOW! we saw sooo many things. From the magical fairy chimneys to those stunning cave churches - everything was dreamy. We had a super informative guide who shared lots of historical and interesting tales. Although it got a bit crowded in places, the spectacular views and colorful valleys were breathtaking. It truly felt like we were on another planet. My soul feels refreshed! Now, I wish I had stayed longer to explore even more of Cappadocia. It's a place full of wonder and surprises!
