One day before the flight date, the company will inform you about the flight status and pick-up details via WhatsApp or email, please check your messages and emails
The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel a flight if weather conditions are likely to create a risk in terms of flight security
You will get a refund or your booking will be transferred to the next day if a place is available
Choice of balloons of between 16 to 20 passengers
The pickup time will be approximately 1-hour before sunrise

If flights are canceled due to weather conditions, bookings will be postponed to the next morning if available. We recommend booking your balloon ride for your first available morning in Cappadocia.
If you cannot reschedule for another day, you will receive a full refund immediately in that day.

Wow, what a expereience! I honestly cannot find the right words to descirbe how amazing it was. The whole team made everything super smooth, it felt safe yet thrilling. The views from up there were absolutely breathtaking, somtimes surreal. Watching the sunrise over the beautiful lanscape was just wow! I think, maybe this was the best mornign of my entire life! There was someting magical in the air, seeing the balloons floating together in perfect harmony. Big thank you to our skillfull pilot. I already miss that wondrful ride, and really want to come back for another flight!
What an unforgetable experience!!! The ballun ride was purely magical. Seeing the sun rise from above the fairy chimney landscape took my breath away, it was a view like nowhere else. Thw tour staff were super friendly, making me feel at ease from start to finish. From lifting off gently into the sky to floating above the amazing scenery - everything was perfectly orchestrated! Ending with a delicious champange toast, I couldn't have asked for more. It's pricie but definatelly worth every cent. If your'e considering it, don't hesitate, just go for it!!! You'll treasure the memories forever!
Waking up before dawn has never been so worth it! I was anxious and excited. As the balloon slowly drifted off the ground, I felt a mix of peace and exhilaration that took over any fear I had. The sun peeking from behind the mesmerizing landscape literally took my breathe away - those surreal colors! Even though it was chilly up there, it was warmth of the experience filled my heart. The team was amazing and fun - they clearly know what they're doing and that maked it all the more calming for everyone. Can't wait to do it again!
Wow! This experience was beyond magical!!! I can't even find words. It was surreal to see the sunrise over the valley and floating gently between these stunning rock formations. I was a bit nervous before take off but the staff were very friendly and reassure me the whole time. There was just somenthing special about that morning light spreading across the sky and changing everything’s color. Honestly, its an unforgettible memory! Truly, it's amazing how peaceful being up there felt. Would do it again in a heartbeat, definantly! Thank you for a once in a lifetime experince. 💛
